Rescheduling and cancelling
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to [TBC: 24] hours before your appointment, from “My bookings” or by contacting us.
- Within [TBC: 24] hours of the appointment, [TBC: e.g. 50% of the fee is kept, or the session can be moved once].
- If you miss a session without notice, [TBC: e.g. the full fee is kept].
If we need to cancel
If Dr. Busayo has to cancel or a technical problem on our side stops the session, we will offer another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within [TBC: e.g. 7–10 working days]. Bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from.
Late arrival
If you join late, the session still ends at the booked time. [TBC: confirm]
